Works covered

The copyright of 48U Ranch LLC includes, without limitation:

The RanchDuty software, source, compiled output, and server functions
Console, landing, and legal interfaces, including layout, copy, and interaction
Documentation, notices, invoices, and sample Helios Cloud estate data
Logos, wordmarks, icons, photography, and other brand assets
Ingest parsers, health scoring, and operational catalogs shipped with the product

Trademarks

RanchDuty, the RanchDuty mark, ranchduty.ai, and 48U Ranch LLC are trademarks or trade names of 48U Ranch LLC. Third-party names (Equinix, Digital Realty, CoreSite, CyrusOne, QTS, Cyxtera, Google, X, and others) are the property of their respective owners and appear only for identification.

No license granted

Access to RanchDuty under a paid plan or a trial does not transfer copyright, patent, or trademark rights. Client data remains the client’s. The product, its code, and its marks remain the exclusive property of 48U Ranch LLC. Any license is written, signed, and specific — nothing here is implied.

Tenancy and data

Client estates are isolated by organization. Members only access locations, sources, incidents, and invoices for organizations they belong to. Platform administrators of 48U Ranch LLC may provision clients and issue invoices.

Authentication

Sign-in is provided via Google, X, or email and password. Organizations may require time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) as a second factor.

Third-party software

RanchDuty incorporates open-source libraries under their own licenses. Those licenses are not a grant of rights in RanchDuty itself. Notices for those components remain with their authors; they do not diminish the copyright of 48U Ranch LLC in this product.
